Ask Krishna answering what the Gita says about duty, citing Bhagavad Gita 2.47

Ask Krishna

Seek guidance grounded in real scripture

Ask what is on your mind. Krishna answers from real passages of the Gita, the Upanishads and more, and shows you exactly where each answer comes from.

  • What does the Gita say about duty?
  • How do I practice detachment?
  • What is the true nature of the self?

5 questions a day are free. Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong: a study companion, never a replacement for a teacher.

Is SanatanIQ free?
Yes. Every text, the Panchang, Japa, lessons and 5 questions to Krishna a day are free. SanatanIQ Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription, raises that to 100 questions a day, keeps the app ad-free, and supports the work. You can also contribute directly to keep it free.
Do I need an account?
No. You can read as a guest. Sign in with Google or your email when you want to save progress and bookmarks across devices, or to ask Krishna a question.
Where do the texts come from?
From openly licensed and public-domain sources, such as Sanskrit editions of the Rigveda and the Bhagavad Gita. Every source is credited on the sources page and inside the app.
How does Ask Krishna work?
